Damask

Highest thread count, finest detail resolution. Perfect for logos with intricate linework or small text. Up to 8 colors.

Satin

Silky smooth finish with a subtle sheen. Ideal for luxury fashion and lingerie where softness is paramount.

Taffeta

Center Fold

Folded in half lengthwise and sewn at the bottom. Displays design on both visible halves. Ideal for collar/neck placement.

Manhattan Fold

Our minimum order is 100 labels . However, for the best pricing, we recommend orders of 500+ where volume discounts kick in significantly. For orders above 5,000, please contact us directly for wholesale pricing.

Our Damask weave supports up to 8 thread colors including the background color. Standard Taffeta supports up to 6 colors. If your design has gradients or photographic elements, we'll advise on the best approach during proofing.

Yes — woven labels are fully washable and dryer-safe. Since the colors are actual threads (not ink), they don't fade or bleed. Our labels comply with ISO 105-C06 wash fastness standards. We recommend they be tested with the specific detergents used in your manufacturing process.

We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG/JPEG (300dpi+) are also accepted for simpler designs. If you only have a low-res file, our design team can redraw your logo in vector format for a small fee. Always include your Pantone (PMS) color codes if you have them.

Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from proof approval. Rush orders (7 days) are available for an additional fee. Transit time is 2–5 days depending on your location. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Once your order placed, we provide a digital scan of the physical label for your review and approval.
